Trinity Connect is a daily safety text and phone check-in service, including medication reminders, quietly watches over your loved one every single day — giving seniors the freedom to live independently while giving families the reassurance they need.
HOW IT WORKS
Daily “Are you okay?” text – A short, friendly text is sent to your loved one once a day. They have a 1-hour window to reply.
No response? We try again – If there is no reply within the 1-hour window, our system automatically sends a second text, giving your loved one another chance to respond
Still no response? Emergency contact(s) are notified – We immediately text the designated emergency contact(s) — a family member, neighbor, or caregiver — letting them know the senior has not responded and may need attention.
Escalation to 911 if needed – If emergency contact(s) do not respond within a set timeframe, we escalate to the local 911 department so a welfare check can be initiated if appropriate
